For more than 30 years, the group has pursued rational development through sustainable investments in the healthcare, property, lifestyle and hospitality sectors.
Firmly rooted in France, P&P is a veritable ecosystem of assets, motivated by respect for the living, a taste for sharing and a sense of conviviality. P&P is a holding company that owns Espace Loisirs Concepts and Mieux Vivre.
The common denominators of all the subsidiaries are the group’s expertise in design and its passion for hospitality.

The ELC Group builds around 150 specialist retirement homes.

In Pessac, the Group is developing office space, a Holiday Inn hotel and a restaurant, all of which it owns and operates.

Serge Audouin, through his Société Civile Patrimoine et Participations, owns 50.001% of the property company IMMOBILIERE DE SANTE (IDS), in association with the ORPEA group.

Governance
The son, grandson and great-grandson of a farmer, Serge Audouin stands out for his discretion and simplicity. A tax lawyer by profession, he embarked on his entrepreneurial adventure in the mid-1980s. A pragmatic visionary, he took the gamble of responding to the ageing of the population by building EPHAD. He specialised in this field and replicated his model across France before opening up to new horizons in the early 2000s.
Serge Audouin’s passion for the earth, stone and their history, and his love of living things, have led him to preserve knowledge and promote heritage of all kinds.
In 2022, he became the owner of the prestigious Grand Casteja – a listed historic monument that he aims to convert into a 5* Palace Hotel. His agricultural heritage will lead him to a project of the heart in 2023, with the acquisition of the Métyly farm in Gironde and the firm intention of revitalising the region by developing sustainable agriculture that benefits everyone.
