P&P has been active in the care sector for more than 30 years, with the creation of the “Mieux Vivre” brand in 1986. Between 1986 and 2011, 60 nursing homes were created and operated by the group. By 1 November 2021, the Mieux Vivre group will manage 1,002 beds and places in 14 establishments, mainly in the South-West.
At every level of the organisation, P&P demonstrates that it is possible and essential to combine ethics and economics, humanity and efficiency.
The Group has positioned itself as a network of establishments able to accommodate a varied public in response to the new needs of people in situations of high dependency. Mieux Vivre aims to set up at least one of the following dedicated units in each EHPAD:
- A unit for people suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or related disorders
- A unit for people with psychological disabilities
- Unit for people with physical and motor disabilities
- Units for the ageing disabled
P&P advocates rapid, controlled development.
